Based on the research, the secret recipe of Duolingo is as below.
In fact, it’s quite simple. Try not to lose new users, offering to better courses with sophisticated technology, that would lead to premium subscription.
Furthermore, its branding is well pollished, and main charaters are highly favorable by users.
Then,..Would Duolingo be great business model?
I think so.
Then, would the app still have a room for improvement?
Yes! That was the main purpose to kick-off the project.

In order to define any painpoints or challenges that users are facing on, three types of resesarch has done as below – Primary Research mixed with moderated and unmoderated user interviews, and Secondary Research analyzing 200 users’ review on google app store.
